From looking at listings and making offers to finally deciding on a new build. He made sure we were happy with our decision. Kevin showed great patience from the get go. We met Kevin summer of 2018 at an open house. At the time we weren’t serious buyers but wanted to see how the market was. He respected our decision at that time and later periodically reached out to us. Fast forward almost 1 year later, we ran into Kevin at an open house. And now after 6 months of watching our dream house get built we are happy to call it home. Kevin lastly shared great knowledge while going through this process.
